Good product, poor support, need to switch to other product. Hi!Have been using this program for a number of years wo any major issues, except for support.It does what is is supposed to do – but nothing else.Support is the main issue, esp. I have escalated for last many months that ASO is categorized as having Trojan by all the antivirus programs I have been using,e.g. Symantec, webroot, malwarebytes, avast, AVGHowever I have been unable to get any plan from systweak, hence need to switch to other product.BrPeter

Confusing Update Prompts. So far, having had the program installed for only four days, I am satisfied with it. What bothers me is the daily popup box that tells me an update is available. When I follow the links to the update, what i see is what appears to be a solicitation for an additional purchase. When I downloaded the product on Saturday, I checked for updates then, and I was told that my version w2as the latest. I result the practice of Software Utility developers of trying to milk additional dollars out of users like me. I called and emailed the provider about this matter, but have had no response.

Great software with many useful system utilities to speedup my Computer. User friendly interface, with system cleaner,registry cleaner, disk defrag, lost data reocery or many tools to useful for me... Pros: automatically one click scanning and cleaning to maintain my PC up to date. Cons: n/a

Great system optimization software for my PC. Thanks to "Advanced System Optimizer" from Systweak Inc. its really work on my PC and speedup and cleaned invalid files from my system.i like its Registry Optimizer and Driver Updater program very much. and one of them i also like its Undelete program that recover my 1 year deleted photos.Thanks,Rorbin Z

Ya got me. other than my credit balance being slightly higher I can see absolutely no difference in the performance of my PC. Oh wait that is not correct. I have to wade thru the screen at start up insuring me it's on the job making no difference whatsoever in my PC's speed and performance. Like I wrote ya got me. In the unlikely event that these aren't editted and only planted or favorable ratings are published. Don't let em get you.
